Contractor Responsibilities

Pre-Installation

  • Review the project scope and energy audit recommendations
  • Confirm equipment specifications meet DRC requirements
  • Obtain all required permits before commencing work
  • Coordinate with supervising engineer or architect

Post-Installation

  • Submit project completion report within 10 business days
  • Provide as-built documentation and commissioning records
  • Cooperate with post-project energy audit (1 year after completion)
  • Honour warranty obligations as specified in Project Agreement
